Tops & Bottoms
The same way that a dress is the most flattering silhouette for the female body, a neutral crew shirt or button down and slacks has the same flattering effect for men. If you go with a long sleeve dress shirt, I would recommend rolling up the sleeves to add an element of comfort. 

Solid colors, small prints like pin stripes or tone on tone plaid are ideal and will help keep the attention where it belongs. Stay away from bold patterns and anything with a large logo.
